Names of App Programs

I am looking for the names of some apps that allow a student to talk into the computer and it types out what they just said (this would be helpful for so many of my students.  Any suggestions?  Esp. ones that don't cost a lot of $$

    I don't know of an app, but many of my students use something called Dragon Speaks. It's not terribly expensive.
